*An accompanying person is a person who does not participate at the scientific parts of the conference, just the social events (welcome reception, gala dinner).
Cancellation and refund
Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing to the conference secretariat in email to secretariat@frpm2025.org
- For cancellations received until 30 April 2025, 10% administrative cost will be charged.
- Until 25 May 2025 50% of the paid registration fee will be refunded.
- After 25 May 2025 no refund will be available.
