The following hotels are conveniently located nearby the Congress venue which can be reached comfortably by walking distance.  To secure special rates, please book your accommodation as soon as possible. Rooms are based on availability at the time of booking and a reduction on the standar rates will be apply for FRPM2025 delegates.

Room Policy:

  • The number of rooms is not guaranteed, it will depend on the hotel’s sales situation.
  • Each reservation/rooming will be priced while booking process.

  • To book new rooms the current rate will be applied, not being able to add rooms with the same rate to reservations made in previous weeks or months.
  • Prices will normally increase as the date of stay approaches. It is recommended to book as far in advance as possible.

Once the cut off expires, rooms and rates will not be guaranteed.

  • Rerservations must be booked only by the hotel system.
  • Cancellation policy will be as follows:
    – Cancellations made up to 15 days prior to arrival are FREE of charge. 
    – Cancellations made from 14 to 7 days the hotel will charge the first night booked.
    – Less than 6 days prior to arrival or no-show will apply 100% penalty of the total amount.

Atocha is where the conference venue will be located. This are is known as “The art triangle” and home of the most important museums in the city: Prado Museum, Reina Sofía Museum, and Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum. It has a wide range of hotels, and it is ideal for those conference participants wishing to enjoy the cultural offerings of the city.
